Out of them rabri falooda and kulfi falooda are simple desserts by the name but heavenly when you taste them. A traditional Indian dessert of my childhood, this frozen treat is a favorite among many Indians all over the world. As you can see in the picture above, it’s very close to ice cream but not exactly. It has several versions but you have to believe that this shop is selling some of the best Rabri faluda in the town.

Rabri is basically milk solids (basically condensed milk) and falooda is a chilled sweet dessert drink. The recipe is simple: make a syrup with evaporated milk, ice-cream and rose syrup; add faluda (vermicelli in syrup) to the syrup and garnish with delicious rabri.
